The Buzz Coffee House
The Coffee House features an opening band or musician playing songs for about an hour. Thereafter the stage is open mic for other musicians or talent acts. A wonderful evening in the Ardens!

Arden In Motion
Come enjoy two hours of dance/movement improvisation with Live music. Trained Group Motion facilitators guide the group through a series of movement meditations and improvisational structures to inspire spontaneous self-expression and fun collective creation. All of these elements allow for new and exciting creative expression of the mind/ body connection explored through space, sound, and movement.

The Sound Body Studio graciously allows Awakened Heart to use their beautiful facilities for our monthly drum circle. We invite to view their offerings and classes, as they present a wide range of yoga practices and other events, which you may enjoy.
