New Location for Awakened Heart Spiritual Center Beginning Dec 6th

New Time for Sunday Services

As Awakened Heart Spiritual Center celebrates its four year anniversary, we are very excited to announce that we will be moving to the Buzz Ware Village Center in the beautiful community of Arden.  This new location is just a few miles east of Silverside Church and is located on the south side of Harvey Road between Marsh and Veal roads.

On behalf of Awakened Heart Spiritual community, we extend our deep gratitude to Silverside Church for their extended hospitality. Over the past two years we have had the oppotunity to enjoy a beautiful space. We came together to celebrate marriages, baby blessings, workshops, Grandmother Drum. We sang together, we cried, we fell in love, we ate and danced and witnessed the Ordination of Rev. Kathleen.

The new location in Arden offers many new exciting opportunities.  One of the most important is that we will now be able to have the Sunday morning services that so many members desired.  Also, the Buzz Ware building has a casual, open setting that resonates with the spiritual energy of  Awakened Heart and has excellent support facilities for classes, pot lucks, events and workshops.    Equally important, the Buzz Ware Center’s board and administrative staff are thrilled with having us as a new tenant and are being very helpful and supportive.

We will continue to keep you updated as we make the move to the new location.

Let us all live in grace, wisdom and love as we continue our journey to our new location.

From Philadelphia and New Jersey

• Proceed on 95 south, past the Commodore Barry Bridge.
• Take Exit 11 to Rt. 495/Port of Wilmington.  Keep to your right and take exit 6 to Naamans Rd. Bear right onto Naamans Rd. (92 West).
• Travel West on Naamans Rd. for 1.7 miles to the intersection with Marsh Rd, (Rt. 3 – Fire Station on the left).  Turn left onto Marsh Rd.
• Travel south on Marsh Rd. for 0.7 miles to the intersection with Harvey Rd. and turn left onto Harvey Rd.
• Travel East on Harvey Rd for 0.3 miles to the intersection with Orleans Rd. (first light) and turn right onto Orleans Rd.
• Travel a short distance and bear to the left at the split onto The Highway.
• Pass The Guild Hall on the left – The Buzz Ware Village Center will be just ahead on the right.

From Downtown Wilmington

• Take 95 North and take exit 10 – Harvey Rd.
• Turn left at the end of the exit ramp on to Harvey Rd.
• Travel West on Harvey Rd. for 0.3 miles to the intersection with Orleans Rd. (second light). Turn left onto Orleans Rd.
• Travel a short distance and bear left at the split onto The Highway.
• Pass the Guild Hall on the left – The Buzz Ware Village Center will be just ahead on the right.

From Route 202 at the PA/DE State Line

• Travel south on 202 to the intersection with Rte. 92 – Naamans Rd. (0.8 miles south of the PA/DE state line).
• Turn left onto Naamans Rd. and travel East for 0.8 miles (thru two traffic lights) to the intersection with Grubb Rd.
• At the third traffic light, turn right onto Grubb Rd.
• Travel east on Grubb Rd. for 2.5 miles to the intersection with Orleans Rd. (4th traffic light).
• Turn right onto Orleans Rd.
• Travel a short distance and bear to the left at the split onto The Highway.
• Pass The Guild Hall on the left – The Buzz Ware Village Center will be just ahead on the right.

From 141 North

• Follow 141 North to the end and follow signs marked 261 North, Foulk Rd.
• Once 141 North enters Foulk Rd., travel north on Foulk Rd. for 1.3 miles to the intersection with Wilson Rd. (WaWa on the right).
• Travel 4.0 miles on Wilson/Veal Road to intersection with Harvey Rd. Turn left onto Harvey Rd.
• Travel West on Harvey Rd. for 0.3 miles to the intersection with Orleans Rd. (first light). Turn left onto Orleans Rd.
• Travel a short distance and bear left at the split onto The Highway.
• Pass the Guild Hall on the left – The Buzz Ware Village Center will be just ahead on the right.
