The Rhythm of Spirit Drumming Circle

In partnership with YOGA U, Awakened Heart Spiritual Center has a regularly scheduled drumming circle called “The Rhythm of Spirit Drumming Circle” that meets at YOGA U the second
Friday of the month.
Drumming connects you with your bones, your heartbeat and your natural rhythms. You connect with the drum by holding it close to your heart and letting your feelings, transfer into the drum.

Bring a rattle, drum or other percussion instrument (many will be made available if you don’t have one). Come experience group energy like you’ve never experienced it before! The beat of the
drum connects you with the rhythm and heartbeat of Mother Earth and with the energy of each person participating in the Drum Ceremony. Awakened Heart’s own Jerry Hodge will lead the
circle.
